How fast will I hear back? +
Within one business day. If I'm out, the auto-reply will tell you when I'll be back at the desk. -
What if my situation isn't on your services list? +
Send the application anyway. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you and point you toward someone who can help — that part's free. -
Do you work remotely or in person? +
Both. Remote covers most jobs. In-person is available for households and businesses in the Spokane / Inland Northwest area, with travel for larger engagements. -
Do I have to put a budget number? +
No. The budget question is optional and only there to help me match scope to what makes sense for you. If you skip it, I'll quote what I'd recommend regardless. -
Will my application be private? +
Yes. Submissions go straight to my inbox at support@bulwarkblack.com — not a CRM, not a third-party form processor. -
Do you take credit cards? +
Yes — Stripe for cards, ACH for larger jobs, and standard invoicing for federal / agency clients. -
What happens after I submit? +
You'll get a personal reply, usually with a couple of clarifying questions and either a recommended scope or a polite "this isn't my lane." If we move forward, the next step is a short call.
