I'm a veteran running Bulwark Black LLC out of Spokane, doing business as Rural Tech and Support. I help households, small businesses, and rural operators with the kind of IT, security, and AI work that the big firms either won't take or overcharge for.
I publish what I help with. I finish what I start. I say "no" when something isn't worth buying. Most jobs get scoped in a single call.
